AA on that bloody ace

You know now that I think about it we never do get confirmation that Phoenix was the one to forge that bloody ace. We assume it’s him because he rolled with it as soon as it was presented, because he knew it was fake, and because he’s being a shady bitch.
I’m just saying, in a game serie with such a heavy focus on people taking the fall for the ones they love, on things not being as they appear, and on the least likely theories turning out to be true, there is a non-zero chance that he didn’t plan for that bloody ace at all. Someone else could have done it, after all. Someone who already has a history of foregoing the law for the sake of the people they love. Someone who, in a serie where everyone is looking for the truth in some way, only cares about keeping their family safe.
Or maybe not. How would I know? There are no decisive evidence either way.
