Through the story we mostly interact with servants, and then sometimes Meunière & Goredolf. We don't really interact with the Chaldea staff at all. But! These lads ARE around and DO have opinions on stuff!
In lb7, it's mentioned that one of the driving forces for the Chaldea staff is "man Guda has been through so much we gotta get them home somehow." The Epic of Remnants also had the staff being worried about Guda cuz they're gonna be inspected like crazy by the mage association.
But the bit I wanna specifically talk about today is in Ordeal Call. In in, Cerejeira asks to talk to Guda, and she is surprised that Guda remembers her name. She also mentions that the staff has dropped all the Guda-handling responsibilities to Meunière. Both these things imply that Guda... doesn't seem to interact with the staff much, even offscreen? Or possibly that the staff cannot fucking understand Guda even if they love them & want to help them. It's fascinating to me. No wonder Guda is so fucked up the only people they really talk to are ghosts from time and space with 0 concept of normalty.
